Abstracts

Call for Abstracts
Submission of scientific abstracts to the meeting is invited. Topics may include all aspects of technology, clinical or basic science research in atherosclerosis imaging and prevention. Abstracts (400 words maximum) plus detailed contact information must be submitted by March 25, 2011 by email to abstracts@sai-p.org. Abstracts will ONLY be presented by poster format. 

All correspondence regarding the abstract will be sent only to the presenting author. A separate application form and separate e-mail must be completed for each abstract. After the abstract is submitted by e-mail, SAIP will e-mail an acknowledgement of receipt. As soon as the Program Committee has selected the submitted abstracts, the presenting author will be notified by e-mail no later than April 1, 2011. Please note that all presenting authors must be registered for the Annual Scientific Session 2011. A special reduced registration rate is available for abstract presenters.

Abstract Preparation Instructions

  1. The abstracts must be submitted in Microsoft Word® format.
  2. Write author(s) last name and initial in first line, abstract title in second line, and institution name, city, and country in following line.
  3. Leave one line blank before the abstract body. In the abstract body, include an Introduction, followed by Methods, Results, and Conclusions. The abstract body may contain a maximum of 400 words.
  4. The addition of one graph or image is allowed.
